The PNEUMA Ministries International Apostolic Council and Leadership Team consists of several men and women who have a proven calling for the body of Christ at large and who have exhibited availability and anointing beyond the local church. These co-laborers, in some measure, possess time and availability to serve and implement the vision, mission and kingdom work of PMI. Finally, each exhibits a genuine love for the local church as well as vision for a harvest in the nations. Neither the PMI Apostolic Council nor the PMI Leadership Team, as an apostolic fellowship, claims any authority as an organization over any church or ministry partnering with PMI.

Together, we believe that authority is delegated from the Lord Jesus Christ and is exercised through the saints using the vehicle of proper interpersonal and inter-congregational relationships. Individual members of the Apostolic Council and Board of Directors have strong ties with the churches and leaders which make up PMI and any authority they exercise is limited to those churches and leaders to which they are closely related. The Apostolic Council and Board of Directors make regular accounting to all ministries and churches of all actions taken and monies spent relative to PMI. Finally, The Apostolic Council and Board of Directors submit an annual budget and financial statement to each member.
